The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems necessary to "eliminate disorder and uncertainty in the country".
V.Lytvyn stressed that overcoming of the crisis was possible provided the dialogue of the President of Ukraine, the Prime-Minister of Ukraine and The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was continuous.
V.Lytvyn appreciated the fact that the Parliament scrutinized and adopted a number of important documents, including amendments to the State budget that would secure timely payment of pensions.
